Do you require a deposit? Yes, Get The Picture charges a $200 nonrefundable deposit for corporate events and a $250 nonrefundable deposit for private events. The deposit reserves your event date on our calendar and reduces your final balance. Under most circumstances, Non-Profit and School events do not require a deposit.

What are your space requirements? For one onsite photography studio we require 15'x15' of space. Our other services may require less. Please contact us directly regarding space requirements for our other services.

What are your electrical requirements? We require one 20 amp dedicated outlet per photography line.

How long do you require for setup? For one onsite studio we require one hour for setup. Our setup times may vary if you require more than one studio line, or if you add one of our other services.

Can you add our logo or graphics to our photographs or folders? Yes, we can customize your photographs, your folders, your chocolate items and even your background images. Please ask for details when booking your event.

When will we get our photographs? For most events your photographs will be delivered within 1-2 minutes. Delivery times may vary somewhat with very high volume events.

How long does it take to get our photos printed onto chocolate at our event? If we are printing chocolate items of your guests at your event, your guests will receive their chocolate items within 2-5 minutes of taking their picture. High volume events will tend to increase the delivery times slightly.

I'm planning a Bar Mitzvah, are your chocolate items kosher? If you would like your chocolate items to be kosher, you can select our dark chocolate which is parve.
